A deposit is required in order to book your lessons.
Lessons and rentals have to be booked at least 24hours before.
The full payment for ALL the lessons must be completed prior to your first class.
Wind:
No wind, no charge.
You will only be charged for the lessons or rentals you use.
No refund on special offers.
If your lesson is stopped due to weather you may have either a credit or a pro-rated refund for any uncompleted lesson time.
Confirm with your instructor any lesson hours due at end of lesson.
Cancellations:
We request that you notify us 24 hrs before your appointment time if you wish to reschedule or cancel.
If you cancel within 24 hr, then you can choose to either receive a refund or we can hold a credit until you reschedule.
A 50% refund will be given on cancellations with short notice, and no refund is available on no-shows without any notification prior to the appointment time.
